For years, I watched clients come to me after trying everything—low FODMAP, elimination diets, medications, expensive supplements, specialist after specialist. They'd done it all "right," and they were still suffering.

And honestly? I couldn't always help them either.

That reality hit me hard one day with a client who had tried absolutely everything. I gave her my best recommendations, used all the tools I had at the time... and nothing worked. She left still struggling, and I felt like I'd failed her.

That moment changed everything for me.

I couldn't keep doing what I'd been trained to do if it wasn't actually helping people heal. So I went deeper.

I learned about what's actually happening inside your cells—how waste get stuck (no, I'm not just talking about constipation), why your body can't clean itself out properly, and why changing your diet alone isn't enough

I learned why the same diet advice doesn't work for everyone, why supplements can backfire, and why so many people get stuck in the "manage your symptoms forever" cycle.

What I found changed how I practice completely.

I'm a holistic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, CLT, FMNS) with over 14 years of experience in private practice. I've worked with hundreds of people who felt dismissed by the medical system, exhausted from trying everything, and ready to give up.

I get it. I believe you. And I know there's a way forward.

When I'm not in the office, I'm spending time with my family--homeschooling, playing with our horses, and camping.

I have a passion for living a full and healthy life which leads me to enjoying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, dancing, yoga, hiking, and nearly anything that gets me outside.
